Since as far back as I can remember, I have always had a passion for cars…muscle cars to be exact! I would spend hours under the hood of a car with my dad or attending car shows with him.

By the time I was in high school I had torn apart many old cars and motorcycles with my buddy, Kevin. This is what we would do in our free time. We completely restored a 1967 Chevy Impala SS that belonged to his dad along with a ’55 Chevrolet Bel Air.

In my Junior year of high school, I attended a Plymouth troubleshooting contest in St Louis where I took 2nd place out of 20 teams from across the state. My senior year was consumed with classes consisting of metal shop, wood shop and Vo Tech at the Joe Herndon Area Vocational Technical School. I spent my evenings and weekends working at the local Western Auto in Raytown.

After high school, I attended Longview College’s General Motors A.S.E.P program and worked an internship with New Union Chevrolet where I worked on my first of many corvettes. In a few short years I was an A.S.E. Master Certified Technician.

Over the past 30 years as a master technician, I have worked for many dealerships, independent shops and manufacturing facilities. My professional skills and workmanship have led me to this opportunity to work for Carl French here at Midwest Corvettes and Classics and continue in the career that I love.
